Third-Party Home Inspection

& Firm Estimate

Every property renovation begins with an independent third-party inspection by a licensed and accredited Florida Home Inspector. Once the report is received a Project Manager personally visits the asset and performs a complete examination and prepares a firm estimate of everything that is needed to produce a clean, safe and functional property. Our thorough process provides you the ability to move forward with the same confidence and budgetary planning enjoyed by institutional-level investors.

Full Matterport™ 

3D Property Scan Before

Our technologically advanced, proprietary process makes it easy to invest in Florida real estate even if you never see your asset in person. All three packages include a Full Matterport™ 3D Scan performed when we scope the house that shows you the good, the bad, and the ugly. This helps us develop a firm budget and timeline for your project and provides you the verification and cost control you need. You will literally be placed virtually inside your asset to see exactly what needs to be done, and a full floor plan will be produced so you can verify all measurements, etc.

Full Roof Inspection
with Eagleview™

Roofs are one of the main renovation costs of many projects in Florida and neglecting it can lead to major interior damages and the inability to obtain insurance to cover your asset. Every property in Rehab In A Box comes with a roof inspection using proprietary eagleview™ technology. You can verify if it is actually time to replace your roof, if the bid you receive is appropriate for the actual size of the roof (cost control), and to verify when it has been completed. Having the power to “see” your roof personally assures every investor gets their money’s worth.

Every Rehab In A Box client has the full support of a Recromax dedicated Project Manager at your service. Throughout the course of the project owners and investors are able to  communicate directly with their Project Manager through Buildertrend®  for fast answers to your questions and updates on the progress.

Buildertrend® also allows all parties to view and upload photographs, and read the Daily Log entries left by Project Managers and Subcontractors to help you gauge the progress and pace of your renovation. 100 Point Preventative

Maintenance Checklist

Whether you are renting or selling your investment property, we inspect and perform a 100 point preventative maintenance checklist on it before returning you the keys. If you are renting, simple maintenance issues cost three to four times more to address when it’s occupied. If you are selling, many of the items on our list will show up on the purchaser’s home inspection, so we preemptively take care of them to help create smooth sailing through the closing process.

Final Full Matterport™ 3D Scan

Many investors who are unable to personally lay eyes on their asset are customarily emailed a handful of poor quality images, poorly taken by inexperienced team members to verify that the work has actually been completed and the home is ready to rent or sell. The renovation isn’t complete until you receive your final Full Matterport (™) 3D Scan, which shows you the exact condition of your property at the time that our work draws to a close. You can use these scans in any way you see fit, whether you’re advertising the property for rental or searching for other buyers on the market.
